  • Poster Session

The poster presentation at Bio-Remedi 2022 is divided into two phases. First round will involve the presentation of posters by the participants. The second round will comprise of the selection of few participants presenting in the first round for a poster pitching session. This poster pitching session has been added to give a few selected presenters from the first round, an opportunity to give a podium presentation and highlighting their research in one slide. The poster pitch is basically to make your work appealing to the audience through a 3 min. argument so as to emphasize on the importance of your research and to garner interest in your work and increase the number of visitors on your poster for further information.

The final list of the poster presentation schedule will be published on the website soon. In the meantime, please download instructions for the preparation of your poster pitching slide and your poster. Please strictly adhere to the guidelines to avoid any last minute changes.

Please download template to prepare your pitching slide (only power point files (.ppt and .pptx) with widescreen format (16:9) are accepted. Please do not use animations or embedded videos. Replace the information in the slide with your information. No other size and formats will be allowed. Please mention only the name of the presenting author without other author details on the slide. Also insert the name and logo of the institute/university etc. you are affiliated to. We will add the poster ID ourselves if not provided.

The size of poster board (usable space) is 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. Use a clear typeface preferably Arial and the poster should be readable from a distance of 2-3 meters. The poster pitching session will be held on 15th Dec and 16th Dec, whereas the poster presentation will be on 16th Dec and 17th Dec

Poster pitching presentation is voluntary for all the selected poster presenters. The organizing team would reach out to you in due time for collection of the poster pitching slide. We encourage you to participate as the session will be intensive and fun, where each pitcher will hand over the microphone to the next speaker after their 100 seconds have passed.
